Did you learn everything you know about Microsoft and your PC use ‘on the job’?

Have you thought “There must be a better way to do this”?

Do you want to be more efficient with your everyday tasks?

Save yourself the time and hassle it’ll take to attend workshops or scour YouTube with my personalised Microsoft and software coaching tailored to YOUR needs.

I can help you improve your skills and ensure you are working as productively as possible in the tasks you do every day.

I specialise in Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel, but am proficient in many popular software applications and I’m always adding to my skillset.

I’m a Tech Translator so I have a knack for figuring tech out.

Why you should hire me instead of attending yet another group workshop:

Group workshops are inefficient:

You have to spend a whole day away from your office with emails building up in your inbox and not getting any work done, leaving you feeling overloaded by the end of the day.

Out of the 12 objectives the instructor teaches, you likely already know four and will probably never use another four, which means you’re not getting full value.

b

You still have to implement what you’ve learned once you get back to your desk (after you’ve checked your emails) and more often than not, you’re too busy catching up to do so.

The class generally works to the lowest common denominator’s skill level so if you’re reasonably adept but just don’t know where things are, you get held up by someone else’s skills.

How I personalise my training:

If 85% of your time is taken up sending emails, then I’ll train you to be more efficent in using your mail client but if you want to stop wasting time doing data entry, I’ll show you how to use Excel to capture and analyse data effectively.

If you spend equal amounts of time across multiple applications, then we can spend equal time across those applications.

I don’t need to know what you want to learn before we start and I don’t need to stick to a set list of learning objectives because my knowledge is comprehensive enough to come up with suitable processes and shortcuts on the fly.

If it’s not, I’ll find out what you need and get back to you.

}

I deliver your training in short easy to consume blocks of time so that overwhelm and overload are reduced and time from learning to implementation and results is accelerated.

R

We focus on implementation, not just learning or training  which means you have it all setup right there and then and are ready to get started.

I don’t even have to be in the same room as you. Using video conferencing tools, we’ll share screens and I’ll direct you from my desk. You don’t have to dress up, travel anywhere or worry about parking.

I’ve successfully trained people using virtual tools while they were in
Western Australia’s Pilbara region, Melbourne, Brisbane
and even the Netherlands (in a Dutch version of Excel no less).

Don’t let time or distance stop you from learning tools
that can make you more efficient every day.

Looking for Professional Development for your team?

A good team can make a business hum like a well-oiled machine, but most of your team members have also learned their computer skills on the job. Sometimes teaching someone a shortcut for a process they complete 10 times a day can save 30 minutes of work EVERY DAY!

Why not have a “lunch and learn” or team morning tea where I share lots of tips and tricks for using Microsoft Windows and Office products more efficiently. I facilitate but I welcome input from all your team on the tips they know so they share information and upskill each other.

Are you a self learner?

You might enjoy watching my YouTube tutorials on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows and other software.

Don’t have decent Internet access?

Many of my clients are in rural Western Australia where video streaming is sadly still a dream so I am working with local libraries to provide USB drives with my video library installed on them.

I will also be creating a membership program where individuals can purchase a USB library and have it updated every 3 months.
